BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN STATEMENT

Securities industry regulations require Registered Investment Advisors to implement and maintain plans to address the possibility of a business disruption that potentially results from key types of scenarios: loss of technology, loss of workplace, loss of personnel or other significant events.  Alpha Solutions Investment Advisors has a comprehensive business continuity program in place, which is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.  This program is intended to maintain business operations such as processing transactions, providing access to cash and securities and providing access to information about balances and transactions in client accounts.  

 

While no contingency plan can eliminate all risks of service interruption or temporarily impeded account access, we continually assess and update our plans to mitigate all reasonable risk.  A copy of our most recent Business Continuity Plan can be provided upon request to our clients.
